No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once a project has been downloaded.

The orders placed on our website are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In some cases, the company might decide to provide you with a refund but that would be as per the discretion of the customer support team and they will have the final say in the matter. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement before the goods have been dispatched or a pickup request has been generated with the courier partner. We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur a 5-20% cancellation fee as a payment gateway charge and a refund processing fee. Additional shipping fees may also be deducted from your order in case we had to bear the return shipping fees.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods are in perfect condition

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly, or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Digital goods like digital assignment PDFs and Study Guides in flipbook / soft copy format.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the warehouse address provided to you by the customer support team. Refunds are not allowed unless the wrong assignment or product is delivered to you.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Exceptions for Technical Issues

• If a user is unable to access the download link due to a technical issue, they must contact support within 24 hours.
• Our team will investigate and provide a replacement link if necessary.

Unauthorized Transactions

• If a user suspects an unauthorized transaction, they must report it immediately.
• Refunds for unauthorized transactions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
